Okay, so, if you are anything like me then you love a good book. And, even better, a good book that’s free. So, you may have already discovered for yourself the wondrous world of Wattpad. If not, then I will elaborate. Wattpad is an online community where amateur writers put there work on the web and others read it. Simple enough. I, personally, take full advantage of this website so even though I do not have any works to add, I read tons of others. The problem with Wattpad though is that the writers are amateur. And most likely mostly teenagers. With obsessions about vampires and werewolves. So, if you don’t mind sifting through hundreds of poorly written stories with cliche plots looking for a diamond in the rough (they do exist! I have discovered a few) or wanting to check out the work of the few (unknown) authors who have actually had their work published (by actual publishers), then Wattpad is for you! Watch out for the stories that are unfinished, my advice would be that if the plot sounds too good to pass up, add it to your library to read later (BUT if you start reading now, who knows when the author will update/finish the story and nobody wants to be agonizing over a half-written book). Go ahead and check out the list of works I’ve read while you’re there! (if you decide to check it out)(but I should warn you that not all of the ones I’ve read are good)(and some of them are unfinished too, my advice isn’t unfounded!)
